Violent SohoAhead of their upcoming run of East Coast reunion tour dates, Violent Soho have announced a one-night-only “small rock show” for their local faithful fans.
The beloved Aussie rockers will perform at the Mansfield Rock Arena next Thursday, 3 September. In an email sent to fans, they explained that they’ll be “dusting off the cobwebs and doing our best to remember how the songs go.”
If you want to get your hands on tickets, there’s no Ticketmaster queue involved. Instead, physical tickets will be available in-store from two Brisbane record stores this Saturday, 29 August, from 8 am AEST. Fans can pick up tickets from:
Sonic Sherpa: 12/360 Logan Rd, Stones Corner QLD 4120
Rockaway Records: Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre, Level 1, 1151 Creek Rd, Carindale QLD 4152
As the Mansfield show is a “warm-up” gig for locals, Violent Soho have kept the ticket prices at a “budget-friendly” $59.90. No online or digital ticket sales will take place, and in-person tickets can be purchased on a “first come, first served” basis.
There’s a limit of four tickets per person, and purchasers must bring a form of ID and a debit or credit card to buy tickets. You must present physical tickets for entry on the night. For the Mansfield show, Violent Soho will be joined by special guests Divers.
The warm-up shows take place ahead of Violent Soho’s already-announced return to the stage next month. The band’s upcoming tour begins at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Friday, 11 September. It continues at Melbourne’s Forum on Friday, 18 September, and concludes with a hometown show at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Friday, 25 September.
Joining the band on tour are Beddy Rays – opening all shows – alongside Teenage Joans, playing in Brisbane and Sydney, and Secret World in Melbourne.
In addition to their tour dates, Violent Soho are co-headlining the 2026/27 edition of Castaway Festival with Hilltop Hoods, and appear at this year’s Rolling Sets festival in NSW in November and December.
