American singer-songwriter Alex Warren begins his highly anticipated arena tour across Australia tonight (28 August) – the same date he releases his new album, WILDCHILD.

To celebrate both milestones – the release of a new record and his first-ever arena show in Sydney – Warren will livestream tonight’s show at Afterpay Arena (formerly named Qudos Bank Arena) on TikTok LIVE.

The first show of his ten-show Australian arena tour will be livestreamed via the TikTok and Alex Warren accounts. The FEVER DREAM hitmaker has over 21 million followers on the video-sharing platform, with more than 18.6 million videos on TikTok soundtracked by his breakout single, Ordinary.

“TikTok has played a pivotal role in helping me connect and share my music all around the world,” Warren commented in a statement. “I can’t wait to bring this live performance directly to fans and share my new album WILDCHILD with you all.”

Fans can register to watch Warren perform live from Sydney tonight, exclusively on TikTok LIVE, here.

WILDCHILD is the follow-up to Warren’s dominant 2025, soundtracked by Ordinary and his debut album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid.

In a statement, Warren remarked on the experience of making album #2, “Creating this album was really healing, therapeutic and a way for me to continue finding out more about myself.

“This album really shows where I am in my life today, and compared to my first album, which feels like a man who is broken, this one is a man who’s trying to heal.”

Warren’s Australian tour begins with a three-night stint at Sydney’s Afterpay Arena tonight. Due to demand, extra shows were added to his initial tour itinerary. He’ll perform at Afterpay Arena on Friday, 28, Saturday, 29 and Sunday, 30 August.

Following the Sydney shows, he heads to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre (1 and 2 September), Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena (4, 5, and 6 September), Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena on Wednesday, 9 September, and Perth’s RAC Arena on Saturday, 12 September. The Adelaide and Perth shows have sold out.

Remaining tickets are available on the Frontier Touring website.
