Children's Policy: All patrons must hold a valid ticket, regardless of age. Please refer to the venue's website FAQ page for more information on bringing young children & babies. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations.

Toilets:
Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.
Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets.
