Ten million years after nuclear war devastates Earth, two brothers born to the fairy queen represent opposing visions for the world's future. Avatar, a benevolent but scruffy wizard, believes in magic and peace, while his twin Blackwolf embraces technology and fascism, ruling over a mutant army from the blasted wastelands of Scorch.
