Approximate Running Times: Doors - 7:00pm Start - 8:00pm Finish - 10:00pm Fans of Japanese animation and orchestral music are in for a rare and magical experience as The Music of STUDIO GHIBLI - Original Singers Symphony makes its Melbourne debut at Palais Theatre on 1 March 2026 (Sun). Featuring original musical cast members Yoshikazu Mera (Singer), Sumi Shimamoto (Singer & Voice Actor), Azumi Inoue (Singer), and Yuyu (Singer). The concert will be accompanied by the TOKYO ASIA Orchestra, a 17-member ensemble from Japan led by Takeshi Hashima. From ethereal ballads to adventurous anthems, the concert spans a rich emotional and musical journey, immersing audiences in the iconic sonic worlds of Studio Ghibli. Prohibited Items: No video, audio or professional photography unless stated otherwise by the promoter. No alcohol or open drink containers can be brought into the venue.
