Step inside Australia’s oldest operating rum distillery and experience a one-night-only dining event unlike any other. This edition of The Distillers Table sees Beenleigh Artisan Rum Distillery partner with Stanbroke Foods for a special “Study of Beef” evening, a celebration of premium Australian beef, perfectly paired with Beenleigh’s finest rums.
Join us for an exclusive four-course set menu, where each dish has been expertly designed around exceptional cuts of Stanbroke beef, complemented and elevated by thoughtfully matched Beenleigh rum expressions. This immersive experience showcases the depth, character, and versatility of both world-class beef and award-winning rum.
Throughout the evening: Head Distiller Levi De Loryn will guide you through the craft, history, and flavour profiles behind Beenleigh’s iconic rums and the team from Stanbroke Foods will share the inspiration behind each dish and how it harmonises with the rum pairings.
Set within the atmospheric surrounds of the distillery, this is a night of storytelling, bold flavours, and refined indulgence.
