Steve Sedergreen Trio with special guest vocalists

Bridgette Allen & Mark Zanotti

Back by popular demand!

After his sensational shows over the last 2 years with his father, jazz great Bob Sedergreen, Steve Sedergreen is back for another great show at the Duke of George, Fremantle on Friday April 24.

Steve Sedergreen is a leading figure on the Melbourne jazz scene, renowned as a pianist, educator, and curator (Dizzy’s Jazz Club 999–2006). He continues to perform at clubs, festivals, and major venues around the country.

Steve is a musician whose playing can ignite a room with hard-swinging energy, then pivot without warning into something intimate, spacious and luminous. He is known for performances that feel both deeply grounded in tradition and unmistakably alive in the moment.

Steve with his trio will be joined by dazzling vocalist Bridget Allen and Mark Zanotti (ex AFL West Coast player) now a bourgeoning crooner, gigging in Melbourne across the jazz and rock scenes.

Bridgette is a unique voice in Australian Jazz, interpreting classic jazz standards and modern contemporary pieces with a soul and drive only she can deliver.

For over 30 years she has performed at many jazz clubs and festivals around the country and appeared on national TV from the Don Lane Show to the Morning Show.

This is going to be a feel-good night of funky jazz. If you're not a jazz fan already, you will be after this!
