Ticket Sales on event days are from the outdoor box office situated at the South West entrance to the venue. Ticket Collection - Tickets purchased over the phone or through the internet are available for collection on the day of the event from main reception. Children's Policy: Persons under the age of 12 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult, parent or responsible guardian at all times All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.
